About the Founder
I didn’t start my career planning to build a consulting company. I started by solving operational problems.
For nearly two decades, I've worked inside complex industrial organizations across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean—helping improve operations, engineering, maintenance, environmental health and safety, digital transformation, and organizational performance.
Across different companies, industries, and cultures, I kept seeing the same pattern: capable people were being held back by disconnected systems.
“The problems looked different on the surface, but the root cause was often the same: the business systems were not designed to work together.”
How I Approach the Work
I don’t believe organizations struggle because people don’t care. Most employees come to work wanting to do a good job.
The challenge is that they are often forced to work around broken processes, disconnected software, outdated procedures, unclear ownership, and organizational silos.
My role is to remove those barriers.
That means understanding how work actually gets done—not just how it is documented—and designing practical systems that connect people, processes, technology, data, and leadership into one operating model.
That broader view makes it possible to identify the true gaps, focus on the root causes, and build solutions that improve the business as a whole.
Experience That Bridges the Business
My experience spans engineering, operations, environmental health and safety, governance, technology implementation, organizational change, and executive leadership.
That allows me to connect conversations that often happen in isolation.
What Working Together Looks Like
Every engagement begins with understanding how your business operates today—not with assumptions or a prepackaged solution.
Together, we identify the operational gaps, uncover the root causes limiting performance, and create a practical roadmap for improvement.
Depending on the need, that may include redesigning workflows, clarifying accountability, improving maintenance and asset systems, implementing technology, strengthening governance, or aligning teams around a shared operating model.
The goal is not to create more paperwork or another report that sits on a shelf.
The goal is to build solutions your organization can actually use—and continue using long after the engagement ends.

Beyond Vector Passage
Building Connections That Create Momentum
My work has always reinforced one thing: meaningful growth rarely happens in isolation. The right conversation, introduction, perspective, or partnership can change what happens next.
That belief led me to help co-found Momentum Partners Exchange (MPX) — a curated community bringing together founders, experienced executives, advisors, and strategic partners who believe in creating value through connection and contribution.
MPX creates opportunities for founders to access experience, relationships, and resources that can help accelerate their growth, while giving established leaders a meaningful way to share what they’ve learned and strengthen the broader business community.
For me, it’s a natural extension of the work I do through Vector Passage — helping organizations and leaders connect the right people, strategy, processes, and opportunities to create sustainable momentum.
